Clinical Supervision
Supervision is an investment in your work, your clients and yourself. I believe that supervision should be a creative and collaborative space to explore and reflect on your clinical work. It is also a time for professionals to receive care – time to exhale, step back, and receive guidance and support.
Experience
I have been supervising pre-professional music therapists for over 20 years and, for the past 10 years, professional certified music therapists and other psychotherapists. I am also qualified to provide supervision under the required standards of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and am privileged to journey through supervision with both qualifying and professional members. I recently completed an advanced training course, Successful Supervision. This five-day course offered me additional tools for working in various types of supervisory relationships and settings. Other areas of learning that enriched my practice focused on various stages of supervision and different learning styles, including a focus on group vs. individual settings. I was excited to add new interventions and ideas to my supervisor toolkit and I aim to help supervisees get the most out of their supervision experience.

Group Supervision
Group supervision involves focus on multiple cases, support from colleagues and the creation of a practice community.
Group supervision is provided in 2-hour sessions, in-person or online/hybrid.
Rates are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on depth and breadth of work and group size. Group supervision sessions are capped at 4 participants.
