Engaging in therapy is an investment in yourself, your health, and wellness. It brings you into a safe space where you can take time to explore, discover, reflect and express. Engaging in therapy is an opportunity to look back, be in the present and envision the future. Therapy provides a supportive place to embrace vulnerability, take risks and be open to possibilities.

About Me

I’m a registered psychotherapist, certified music therapist and a Fellow of the Association for Music and Imagery. I have over twenty years of experience practicing music therapy and providing clinical supervision in various settings with people from diverse backgrounds facing diverse challenges. In my private practice, I work primarily with adults who are tending to their mental health at various stages of life.

My Offerings

Music Psychotherapy

Music psychotherapy brings music into the therapeutic space. No musical training or experience is needed to benefit. All lived experiences are welcome and supported in an inclusive and non-judgmental space.

Guided Imagery & Music

GIM brings a unique creative element to the therapeutic process. I'm trained in the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music (BMGIM). Adaptations of this method can be used depending on your current mental and physical state and readiness for deep work.

Supervision

Supervision is an investment in your work, your clients and yourself. I believe that supervision should be a creative and collaborative space to explore and reflect on your clinical work. It is also a time for professionals to receive care – time to exhale, step back, and receive guidance and support.
